An initiative by reputed PU Colleges of Bangalore (Seshadripuram Composite PU College, MES PU College & Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College For Women) to help students prepare for +2 exam. Students receive TEN important questions every day in Science, Commerce and Arts (2 marks, 3 marks & 5 marks) with scheme. Also, real time doubt clarification forum, fun trivias, motivational quotes & a Q & A session with experts and previous toppers. More than 10k students joined the rooms to collaborate and compete.

CBR Network, in association with AICTE and Ipomo, organized a national level competition for Engineering Students on Developing Innovative Concept Notes on Universal Accessible Design in Built Environment, Accessible Technologies. We have virtually networked all 8000+ engineering colleges and linked to central AICTE room. Students join their respective college room to submit their concept notes. This helped in proper co-ordination, recognition and communication to all the members @ real time and in an interactive way.

St. Joseph’s College was keen to have a mobile application to engage with students on topics like creative events, social activities, student elections etc... The goal is to involve students and their representatives in sourcing the content (not a static website or mobile app) in a safe and secure way without compromising on brand and credibility of the institution. Also, they wanted to have their own branded mobile application on both playstore and app store. #R was able to meet their requirement and now the app is buzzing with 2k members and many activities

Career Launcher was looking for a platform to engage all its business partners, centers and students across India. There were using Whatsapp (created group for each center). #R was found more suitable for the requirements which could not be met by whatsapp. (centralized content management and networking of groups). #R was able to link all their centers with HO and ensured real time communication and collaboration among the partners & students.

The need to engage students beyond classroom resulted in the room @microrao. Initially started only for his students in JJM, Medical College, Davanagere, now students (medical and also aspirants) across institutions are joining the room to get regular updates from the professor.

N.R. Colony Raghavendra swamy temple was keen to engage devotees across geography (India, US etc) through real time updates, news, events, functions etc. They have created a room @srss with interactive services. Today, the room has 500+ members.

Prof.Veeresh.K.M, Prof & HOD, Department Of Kannada, SDP First Grade College, Bellary has created a room dedicated to Guru Basavanna. He has collected all the vachanas, articles and history in the room. He is also engaging with his members through interactive quizzes, contests etc.

Mr. Snehal Ballal, final year MCA student from Nitte Menakshi College, has created an interactive news aggregation room. He is now giving a tough competition to other news portals like DailyHunt, Flipboard etc. His room has more than 5k members in just 2 months of launch.

Mr. Praveen, an IT professional, is a big fan of our own Kicchha Sudeepa. He has created a room for his Kicchha and is aggregating all the news about Kiccha in his room. The room has around 2k members and is very interactive and engaging.

Sirinadu Mahasabha (a community group) was keen to develop their web site to share activities, events and other information with the members. They did not have any technical expertise or resources to build and maintain the website. They came across #R from a professor and built their first room. Later, they upgraded it to have a FLUID web site (auto syncs with room). All they have to do is buy the domain name (from godaddy.com) and add a forward link to their room on #R.
